The Chittenden Clinic provides methadone maintenance therapy for those with opioid dependence. The program provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment for our patients. The clinic offers wrap-around services that include methadone maintenance therapy, individual and group therapy sessions, and medical consultation/dose adjustments as needed. The Chittenden Clinic is located at the University Health Center, 1 South Prospect Street, Room 1420, Burlington, VT.
