The Chittenden Clinic

The Chittenden Clinic provides methadone maintenance therapy for those with opioid dependence. The program provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment for our patients. The clinic offers wrap-around services that include methadone maintenance therapy, individual and group therapy sessions, and medical consultation/dose adjustments as needed. Staff include substance abuse clinicians, physician and nursing staff, administrative staff, and interventionists who work together to obtain the highest standard of care for our patients in the clinic. This program is operated in alliance with Fletcher Allen Health Care and the University of Vermont, College of Medicine The Chittenden Methodone Clinic.
