Adult Intensive Substance Abuse Outpatient Counseling Program

Clinicians provide quality intensive substance abuse counseling to Franklin and Grand Isle residents ages 18 years and older. The program requires a commitment to at least three days a week/three hours a day participation. Clients can expect active involvement in defining goals for treatment and strict confidentiality. Substance Abuse Outpatient Program

Clinicians provide quality substance abuse counseling to Franklin and Grand Isle residents of all ages. Clients can expect active participation in defining goals for treatment and strict confidentiality. Adolescent Substance Abuse Outpatient Counseling Program

Clinicians provide quality substance abuse counseling to Franklin and Grand Isle adolescents (ages 12 – 21 years). Clients can expect active participation in defining goals for treatment and strict confidentiality. CRASH Drinking Driver Assessment and School

CRASH Drinking Driver Assessments and Schools provide the screening process and referral following license suspension resulting from a drinking and driving conviction. CRASH schools provide a structured month-long or weekend course featuring lectures, films, and group discussions. Program initiatives are provided in Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties. Public Inebriate Program

The Public Inebriate Program (PIP) provides 24-hour-a-day screening services for individuals in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties to determine their level of incapacitation due to alcohol and other drug use. Individuals being assessed due to incapacitation are sheltered at the program, sent to the correctional center for protective custody, to the hospital for medical attention, or released to a family member for safety.
