On-Call Services

On-Call Services provide after-hours support to individuals with developmental disabilities. A team member is available by pager after hours, on weekends, and on holidays. Most issues can de dealt with and resolved over the phone using intervention strategies, self-calming techniques, or support ideas. When needed, an On-Call Services member can go to a client’s home or to the emergency room to assess an urgent situation and decide on next steps. The On-Call Services team meets weekly and stays in close contact with case managers.
