Pine Forest Children’s Community
The Pine Forest Children's Community is a full-day, year around play-based child care center for children ages six weeks to six years.
Winooski Family Center
The Winooski Family Center is a collaborative with the Winooski School District and the Winooski Housing Authority for families with children, birth through school-age.

Family Support Services offers respite to families of children and adolescents with significant mental health issues.
Intensive Family-Based Services
Intensive Family-Based Services provides time-limited, intensive intervention for families in which a child is at risk of removal from the home for reasons of abuse, neglect, or serious emotional disturbance.
Therapeutic Foster Care
HowardCenter is a licensed Child Placing Agency and, as such, supports children’s stays in foster homes, whether they reside with foster parents full time or visit with foster parents on weekends.
Family and Community-Based Services
The goal is to optimize the functioning and well-being of children experiencing emotional behavioral challenges and their families through identification and utilization of needed resources and support, with the goal of restoring family autonomy.
Wrap-Around Services
Comprehensive services are individually tailored intensive services for children who would otherwise require placement within a residential or other out-of-home setting.

Centerpoint provides a full array of substance abuse and mental health services for teens and their families.
Outpatient Program
The Outpatient Program provides individual, family, couples, group, and play therapy.
The STAR Groups
The STAR Groups (Sexual Trauma and Recovery) are specialty services for children ages 5-12 years and their caregivers. These children must be identified as sexually reactive, meaning they may have been sexually abused or exposed to sexually explicit information.
Psychosexual Assessment and Evaluation
Psychosexual evaluations are provided for youth ages 9 years and up who are displaying some sexual behavior problems with or without disclosure of any specific abuse.

Community Friends Mentoring
The Community Friends Mentoring program supports area children by providing fun, caring mentoring relationships with adult volunteers.

Residential
Emergency Beds
This 24-hour crisis residential care is provided for children ages 6-14 years with an emphasis on stabilization, clinical assessment, and transition to a less intensive setting.
Assessment Services
The 24-hour residential assessment services are provided for children ages 6-14 years.
Longer Term Residential Treatment
Several options are available, all of which assure a child receives comprehensive psychological, psychiatric, medical, and educational services. All programs include extensive family involvement.
The Park Street Program, Rutland
Park Street provides intensive treatment to adolescent males ages 12-17 years who have committed sexual offenses.
Woodside Mental Health Services
The program is designed to provide services to youth in custody transitioning from the treatment wing of Woodside back into the community.

The mission of the program is to address barriers within the child, home, school and community that interfere with student achievement.
School-Based Consultation and Training
HowardCenter offers mental health consultation and training aimed at assisting schools in addressing these significant barriers to student learning and school performances.
Students FIRST (Fully Integrated Resources for Schools/Mental Health Teaming) Project
HowardCenter, South Burlington School District (applicant), Vermont Department for Children and Families along with a consortium composed of all Chittenden County School Districts and key community stakeholders will participate in an 18-month program to integrate schools and mental health systems.

Baird School
The Baird School offers an alternative educational environment for children ages 6-14 years, grades 1-8.
Jean Garvin School
The Jean Garvin School provides a therapeutic educational program offering unique learning opportunities to inspire personal change and well-being for adolescents, ages 12-16 years, grades 7-10.
Centerpoint School
Centerpoint School serves students, ages 12-18 years, grades 7-12, challenged with emotional, behavioral, mental health, or special learning needs.
CP Stepping Stones
CP Stepping Stones is an alternative education and day treatment service for high-needs students (12-18 years, grades 7-12) struggling with more significant emotional, behavioral, mental health, or learning challenges.
