HowardCenter Curling Challenge 2012
Registration is now open for the Third Annual HowardCenter Curling Challenge--the only curling fundraiser in Vermont!
Only 48 team slots are available, so register your four-person team now at FirstGiving.com/howardcenter. Earn bragging points and have fun, all while supporting a valuable organization within our community.
The play-offs will begin at 6:00 P.M. Saturday, evening, with a bagpiper leading the semi-finalists on to the ice. The public is invited to attend free of charge.
Money raised through this event will benefit the children, adults, and families served by HowardCenter.

Become a Community Friends Mentor
HowardCenter’s Community Friends Mentoring (CFM) is actively recruiting mentors for their February new mentor training.
The CFM waiting list has kids from all area towns, including Burlington, Colchester, Essex, and Shelburne, who are eager to be matched with mentors. Being a Community Friends mentor is about having fun, and exploring the world together with a young person in need of extra support.
Learn more about the program by visiting the CFM page or contact Kristen Hayden-West, program coordinator at mentor@howardcenter.org.
