Program Standing Committees

We are proud of our ability and commitment to gather input from those we serve. To achieve this, HowardCenter developed four standing committees:

• Family Advisory Council
• Community Advocacy Network
• Developmental Services Standing Committee
• Substance Abuse Services Advisory Committee

Each group represents an opportunity for individuals served by the agency and their family members to provide feedback on services and the system of care plans.
