Confidential Peer Support

Our peer-support staff know that there is hope, even in the toughest circumstances. We are here to help you feel better. We'll listen, and we're here to talk about anything you like. Our line is confidential and anything you discuss with our PAL staff will remain confidential.

Peer Access Line (PAL)
Thursday-Sunday evenings from 6:00-9:00 P.M.

You might call PAL when you need

  • confidential peer support from someone who has been in a similar situation.
  • someone to talk to when you are feeling depressed, anxious, lonely, frightened, or are having symptoms.

PAL is not a crisis line, but if you can't think of anyone else to call, contact us and we can refer you to the right service that meets your needs in a crisis.

The Peer Access Line is a program of Vermont Psychiatric Survivors with funding from the Vermont Department of Mental Health.
