Assessment and Weekday Course

The CRASH Program is now called the Impaired Driver Rehabilitation Program (IDRP).

IDRP is designed to satisfy Vermont State requirements for reinstating driving privileges after receiving conviction(s) for impaired driving. First-time and multiple impaired driving offenders seeking reinstatement of driving privileges, as well as court ordered participants, are eligible.

The program provides screening,a  brief assessment, education, and referrals to treatment. These are performed during Monthly, or Intensive Weekend Programs.

The weekday school is a four-week program offered Thursday evenings from 6:30-9:00 P.M. The total fee for the weekly CRASH School is $400 ($180 for Intake Evaluation/Assessment; $220 for classes). During the initial assessment, you will be given all of the information that you will need to successfully complete the program. The assessment, school, and exit can be completed in as little as six or seven weeks.

To enroll in the Weekly CRASH Program, come to Howard Center, 855 Pine Street, Burlington, Vermont, any Tuesday at 5:00 P.M. sharp to attend a one-hour Intake Evaluation and Enrollment Session.
